What sound quality in Birmingham!

Al and the band were on top form last night at the magnificent Birmingham Symphony Hall. Although the venue was half full, the sound quality was awesome. Surely Al and his musicians have never played anywhere where the sound resination is better even than the Royal Albert Hall.

Al was looking fit and well and his warmth and love of his music and the audience was personal and entertaining. He is a born entertainer keeping the audience clapping, singing and even dancing along.

His band were in top form, including the young bassist who has the good looks of say the great Luther VD and the voice of Phil Perry. Oh we did relish his duet with Al. His Director of Music was brilliant on the horns and the drummer and keyboards were on top form. New boy Johnny on guitar played with such style and a joy of his own.

Please come back to Birmingham UK Al - the Symphony Hall welcomed you and made the very best of you. :D
